Reconstruction of Headquarter of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the organizational unit of the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg, which is located on the premises of the Posušje Municipality

Date: August 03, 2016.                                                   

1. Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Land Registration Project, and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Reconstruction of Headquarter of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the organizational unit of the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg, which is located on the premises of the Posušje Municipality.Biding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits.

2. The Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Reconstruction of Headquarter of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the organizational unit of the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg, which is located on the premises of the Posušje Municipality, Contract #:BA-RERP-5188BA-FBiH-W-NCB-16-B1.1.3.3.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in Bosnian language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee BAM 150 or in EUR 75 according to the following instructions:

The Bidding Documents will be sent by courier.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 92 days after Bid opening. Bids shall be delivered to the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on below address, on or before September 05, 2016, 14:00h local time, and will be opened on September 05, 2016, 14:15h local time in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

5. Bids will be evaluated and contract awarded separately to firm offering the lowest evaluated bid. Bids must be complete. Partial or incomplete bids will be rejected.
