WORKSHOP WITHIN THE SWEDISH DONOR PROJECT- DELEF

The workshop aimed at defining the project activities in detail and the detailed 2024 work plan was held in the period from October 9 to 12, 2023 in Banja Luka, as part of DELEF project (Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the European Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The officials of the Federal Geodetic Administration and Republic Geodetic Authority of RS, together with the expert team of the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority, worked on the development of project documents and defining the 2023-2028 work plan, as well as detailed 2024 work plan with a focus on four main areas:

• Overall Capacity Development,
• Mass valuation,
• Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) and
• Geodetic Infrastructure.

The continuation of planning and preparation of the Inception Report will continue in the coming period through the individual and team work of the component leaders of the entity geodetic administrations, together with the Lantmäteriet coordinators. An official trip to the Kingdom of Sweden is also planned in the first half of November, where team will finish the work on project documents and the work plan.
