Workshop Held in Sarajevo as Part of the DELEF Project

In accordance with the planned activities of the Swedish donor project DELEF "Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the European Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina", which aims to strengthen capacities and transfer knowledge to improve the efficiency and reliability of land administration, a workshop was held in Sarajevo from 9th to 13th June 2025.

The workshop was led by experts from the Slovenian Geodetic Administration in the field of real estate valuation, Mr. Dušan Mitrović and Mr. Martin Smodiš. During the five-day workshop, participants had the opportunity to attend professionally designed lectures, which enabled exchange of knowledge and experiences that encouraged active discussion among those present.

The aim of the workshop was to introduce key modules and processes of the Mass valuation system, as well as the coordination of future DELEF project activities with the GIVE project "Geospatial Infrastructure and Valuation Enhancement". The workshop covered general concepts of real estate market analysis and data collection with specific examples related to the residential real estate market.

At the end of the workshop, further steps in data analysis were agreed upon with the aim of ensuring data quality, which represents an important contribution to the implementation of project activities.
