WORKSHOP FOR OFFICERS OF LAND REGISTRY OFFICES HELD IN NEUM

As a part of the Education plan for 2023, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs organized a two-day workshop for land registry managers and clerks from municipal courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina who participate in the activities of the Real Estate Registration activities- Additional financing.

At the workshop, an overview of the project implementation by cadastral municipalities and expected completion of individual cadastral municipalities was presented, and participants exchanged experiences in process of land registry establishing at the request of the parties. After the exchange of participant’s experiences, the head of the Land registry office in Tešanj and the Land registry officer of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo especially presented their experiences.

Participants also discussed the latest amendments to the Law on Land Registry Books of the Federation of BH– related to the application of Article 88, paragraph 3 of the last amendment No. 61/22, as well as regarding previous second-instance decisions in cases of replacement and/or establishment of the Land Registry based on the new cadastral survey data.
