VISIT TO THE POSAVINA CANTON

The Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Zeljko Obradovic and Assistant Director Mr. Sead Hadzic held several meetings in Posavina Canton on 6 October 2021. First meeting was held with the President of Posavina Canton Government Mr. Duro Topic, Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry Mr. Mato Brkic and Minister of Justice Mr. Pero Radic where it was discussed land administration projects in Posavina Canton.

It was emphasized that new projects and activities for the improvement of accuracy of cadastral and land registry data are ongoing, the Real Estate Registration Project is being implemented in all cantonal municipalities, and it has also been expressed desire for completion the existing and continue further activities on land consolidation projects.

During the visit, meetings were also held with the mayors of Orasje Mr. Marijan Orsolic, Mayor of Domaljevac-Samac Mr. Stjepan Piljic and the mayor of Odzak Mrs. Nada Culup.Several projects of great importance for local-self government units has been implemented in these three municipalities with the support of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs. It was especially emphasized the projects of Address Register, Sales Price Register, Digital Archive, harmonization between cadastral and land registry data and utility cadaster.
