A public discussion was held in Tuzla and Zenica regarding the Draft Law on Survey and Property Cadastre in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on May 20 and 21, 2025. The discussion gathered together representatives of cantonal institutions, local self-government units, and the private sector, all expressing interest in improving the legislative framework in the field of geodesy and cadastre.
Representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs presented key innovations with regard to the existing Law on Survey and Cadastre, as well as the Law on Survey and Property Cadastre. During the presentation, the changes related to the organization and implementation of survey, property registration, the role of local self-government units, and the modernization of geodetic procedures in accordance with modern standards, were clarified.
Following the presentation, a constructive discussion held, during which the participants shared their comments, suggestions and propositions.
