MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUŽIM

A meeting between representatives of the Administration and the municipality of Bužim was held on April 2, 2025, at the premises of the Federal Geodetic Administration. The meeting was attended by Director Željko Obradović with his associates and Mayor Mersudin Nanić with his associates.

As a result of the signed Agreement on joint financing and the completion of the public procurement procedure for the “Development of the Utility cadastre database”, a Framework Agreement has also been signed. The project includes the development of the Utility Cadastre database for the area of the municipality of Bužim, which involves the digitalization of the report on the recording of the Utility devices and the establishment of the information system. The expected deadline for the development of the Utility Cadastre database is three months.

Furthermore, at the meeting, the activities and future steps for the implementation of the digital archive and address register project were analysed and aligned. The municipality of Bužim will fully experience the benefits of harmonized real estate records (real estate cadastre) through the implementation of the new cadastral and land registry information system, as well as the accelerated and simplified process of implementing changes. This will enhance the security of property data, reduce the possibility of errors and enable more efficient management of real property affairs.
