MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITY ČITLUK AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CANTONAL GEODETIC ADMINISTRATION

A joint meeting of representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, the Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Municipality of Čitluk was held in the municipal premises on November 29, 2024. At the meeting participants analyzed the current status of the implementation of land administration sector projects in the territory of the Municipality of Čitluk, as well as planned activities.

Special attention was dedicated to the project of harmonization of cadastral and land registry data, where activities were fully completed in four cadastral municipalities (Bijakovići, Vionica, Paoča and Međugorje), and the possibility of continuing these activities within the GIVE project was also considered.

The survey for the Čitluk urban area is currently being renewed, and activities of public exhibition of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of landare also carried out. It is planned that the activities regarding public exhibition of data will be completed by May 2025, when the land registry establishment for the area will begin.

In the Municipality of Čitluk, the Address register has been established for the entire municipality, as well as the Utility cadastre, and the possibility of scanning the remaining cadastral documentation as well as the Digital Archive establishment is being considered.
