MEETING OF THE STATE BORDER COMMISSION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA AND THE BORDER COMMISSION OF MONTENEGRO

One of the meetings of the State Border Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Border Commission of Montenegro was held in Sarajevo. Namely, this two countries signed the Border Agreement in 2015 in Vienna, which was ratified in 2016 in the parliaments of the two countries. After that, the process of marking the border line was started and the necessary documents were adopted, such as the „Instructions for marking the state border“, „Instructions for creating documents on the state border" and the Project task "Marking the state border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro".

The topic of the meeting was the analysis of the activities of the preparation for the marking and dynamics of marking the border between the two countries, as well as the activities related to the tri-border point between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Republic of Croatia, as well as the issue of the materialization of the tri-border point between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Republic of Serbia.

At the meeting, satisfaction with the activities implemented so far was highlighted and a great desire to continue and complete the process of marking the state border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
