MEETING OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FGA AND REPRESENTATIVES OF MINISTRY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND REFUGEES

A meeting between Director Mr. Željko Obradović and Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mrs Duška Jurišić, was held in premises of the Federal Geodetic Administration. Assistant directors Mr. Goran Brkić and Sead Hadžić, Adviser of the Deputy Mr. Ševket Hafizović, Head of the Municipal Service for Spatial Planning, Real Property Affairs and Geodetic works of Municipality of Ključ Mr. Admir Šistek and Secretary of the Municipality Mr. Senad Zečević also participated in the meeting.

The main topic of the meeting was the protection of the rights of refugees in the processes of public display of survey data and cadastral classification on the territory of the Federation of BIH. Namely, bearing in mind the great importance of the public display process and process of the land registry establishing, special attention was paid to the refugees, but regardless, certain errors and omissions are possible. Therefore, during the meeting, the need for serious and bigger coordination in the procedures of informing interested parties was emphasized. At the meeting, the participants also discussed one specific case from the Municipality of Ključ, where an obvious error occurred in the public display process.
