MEETING IN MUNICIPALITY JAJCE

Meeting between representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Cantonal Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Municipality Jajce was held in premises of the Municipality on July 23, 2024. The meeting was attended by Director of the Federal Administration Mr. Željko Obradović, Assistant Director Mr. Sead Hadžić, Director of the Cantonal Authority Mr. Stipica Oreč, and Municipality Mayor Mr. Edin Hozan with associates.

The participants of the meeting discussed the current status of the public exhibition process of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land in Municipality Jajce. As a part of the Real Estate Registration Project, the municipal offices were renovated and equipped, and a temporary database of survey and cadastral classification of land was prepared, which created the technical conditions for the public exhibition process. Currently, the public exhibition process is carried out in three cadastral municipalities (Jajce II, Podmilačje and Divčani), and it has been agreed that the Federal Administration, Municipality Jajce and the Cantonal Administration will sign an Agreement on the co-financing the public exhibition process in three additional cadastral municipalities (Rika, Lupnica and Brvanci ).

With the signing of the Agreement itself, the public procurement procedures will begin so that the public exhibition process will begin by the end of the year, and maximum agreement has been reached on the need for joint cooperation in order to improve the land administration system in the Municipality Jajce, all in the interest of the citizens.
