MEETING IN BOSANSKA KRUPA

As a part of the implementation of the project "Establishment of the real estate cadastre for cadastral municipalities Bosanska Krupa 1 and Bosanska Krupa 2", and on the basis of the signed Framework agreement, the first Contract for the real estate cadastre establishment was signed.

The signing of the Conract was attended by Director of the FGA, Mr. Željko Obradović, Assistant Director, Mr. Sead Hadžić, City Mayor, Mr. Armin Halitović and representative of the service provider, Mr. Muriz Bečić.

The project of the real estate cadastre establishment includes two urban cadastral municipalities, and the implementation aims to establish new, accurate and reliable cadastral records that will be used during establishing/replacing the land register.

During 2024, activities on preparatory works, aerial photogrammetric recording and creation of sub divisional plans for the cadastral municipalities of Bosanska Krupa 1 and Bosanska Krupa 2 are planned. After the completion of the mentioned activities, it is planned to decipher the terrain, cadastral classification of land and create a database of surveys and cadastral classification, and the public exhibition of data will begin at the end of 2025.

The Framework agreement envisages the completion of all works no later than December 28, 2026.
