MEETING HELD WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF SWEDEN

On January 16, 2024, a meeting was held in premises of the Swedish Embassy in Sarajevo, between representatives of the Federal Geodetic Administration, Republic Geodetic Authority of the Republic of Srpska and representatives of the Swedish Government; the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Her Excellency Helena Lagerlöf, and the Head of Development Cooperation Ms Eva Smedberg. On behalf of the Federal Geodetic Administration at the meeting participated Director Mr. Željko Obradović and Assistant Mr. Denis Tabučić.

The central topics of the discussion included the approval of the DELEF project Initial Report, with special reference to its implementation and significance for the Bosnia and Herzegovina citizens. During the meeting, the perspectives of the future World Bank’s project were also discussed, with reference to its compatibility and complementarity with the DELEF project.

Representatives of the land administration institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed their gratitude for the support and joy for continued support and future cooperation, and all present expressed optimism and openness for further meetings and cooperation.
