A meeting was held in the office of the Mayor of Bihać, Elvedin Sedić, attended by the Mayor and his associates, as well as the Federal Minister of Environment and Tourism, Nasiha Pozder, the Federal Minister of Spatial Planning, Željko Nedić, the Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning, Goran Lulić, the Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Željko Obradović, and the Assistant Director, Sead Hadžić.
The main topic of the meeting was the resolution of issues related to spatial planning documentation for the "Una" National Park. The Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted a decision to initiate the development of a Spatial Plan for areas of special interest to the Federation – the Una River Basin – and preparations for the implementation of this decision are currently underway. In order to proceed with the development of the Spatial Plan, it is necessary to provide up-to-date geodetic data. In this context, the public exhibition of survey data and cadastral classification for the cadastral municipalities of Donja and Gornja Gata is currently ongoing. During the meeting, readiness was expressed to begin the public exhibition for cadastral municipalities that include the territory of the "Una" National Park, which would contribute to the development of spatial planning documentation for this protected area.
As part of the Real Estate Registration project, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs successfully harmonized land registry and cadastre data for 12 cadastral municipalities in the City of Bihać and supported the equipping of the city’s cadastre office.
The meeting also included discussions on other activities implemented by the Federal Administration, such as the Utility Cadastre, Address Register, Digital Archive, and Sales Price Register, with the aim of improving the implementation of these initiatives.
