A workshop within the framework of the DELEF project

In accordance with the planned activities within the Swedish donor project DELEF (Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the European Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina), a workshop was held in Sarajevo as a part of Component 2 "Establishing the system of mass valuation of real estate" from May 28th to May 30th, 2024.

The workshop was led by Swedish experts in the field of real estate valuation, Mr. Hans Söderblom and Mr. Simon Ek, representatives of the LANTMÄTERIET. During the workshop, a combination of various methods was applied, including lectures, individual and group tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and interaction among participants. The methodology involved active participation of all attendees through short presentations and discussions, detailed presentations by Mr. Hans Söderblom and Mr. Simon Ek, who shared their extensive experience and knowledge in the field of real estate valuation, as well as practical exercises and simulations that enabled participants to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.

The aim of the workshop was to enhance the capacity and competence of participants in real estate market analysis, enabling them to understand the fundamentals of the market and conduct market analyses independently. Special attention was paid to assessing the transparency and reliability of market information, as well as evaluating and preparing transaction verification processes to support the mass real estate assessment process. Participants were also required to understand the current process in the Sales Price Register and contribute to necessary improvements.

Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills that they will be able to apply in their future work.
