A workshop within the framework of the DELEF project

In accordance with the planned activities within the Swedish donor project DELEF (Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the European Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina), a workshop was held in Laktaši as part of Component 2 "Establishing the system of mass valuation of real estate" from November 11th to November 14th, 2024.

The workshop was led by experts from Swedish Geodetic Administration LANTMÄTERIET in the area of ​​real estate valuation Mr. Hans Söderblom and Mr. Simon Ek. During the workshop, lectures and group work alternated, which ensured high efficiency and encouraged active interaction among participants.

The main goal of the workshop was to continue the preparation of a real estate market analysis as a foundation for Mass valuation and to continue further data collection process needed to establish a Mass valuation system and a Building Cadastre. The workshop covered general concepts of real estate market analysis and data collection, with specific examples related to the residential property market.

At the end of the workshop, further steps in data collection and analysis were agreed upon to ensure data quality, providing a clear direction for continuing the project.
