A workshop within the framework of the DELEF project

In accordance with the planned activities within the Swedish donor project DELEF (Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the European Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina), a workshop was held in Sarajevo as part of component 2 "Establishing the system of mass valuation of real estate" from September 24t^h to 26^th, 2024.

The workshop was led by an expert from the Swedish Geodetic Administration LANTMÄTERIET in the area of ​​real estate valuation, Mr. Hans Söderblom. During the workshop, a combination of different methods was applied, including lectures, individual and group assignments to ensure maximum efficiency and interaction among participants.

The aim of the workshop was to begin the preparation of data collection with the aim of establishing a Building register and Mass valuation system.

An additional segment of the workshop included an online session titled "Enhancing Property Valuation with AI: Insights from Nicosia's Apartment Market" This session allowed the participants to share experiences and gain new knowledge about the application of artificial intelligence in the valuation process.

At the end of the workshop, the participants made decisions about the evaluation factors that will be used in future work, as well as about the types of data that need to be collected during the establishment of the building register. Steps for further work were agreed upon, including preparation of documents and quality assurance of collected data.
