A MEETING WAS HELD REGARDING THE PREPARATION AND CREATION OF SPATIAL PLANNING DOCUMENTATION OF THE UNA NATIONAL PARK

A meeting regarding the preparation and creation of spatial planning documentation of the Una National Park was held in premises of the Federal Geodetic Administration on January 13, 2025. The participants were the Federal Minister of Environment and Tourism, Ms. Nasiha Pozder, the Federal Minister of Spatial Planning, Mr. Željko Nedić, the Director of the Federal Geodetic Administration, Mr. Željko Obradović, the Assistant Director of the FGA, Mr. Sead Hadžić, the Advisor to the Minister of Spatial Planning, Mr. Goran Lulić, and the Acting Director of the Una National Park, Mr. Alen Zulić, with their associates.

The topic of the meeting was to ensure the necessary data in the preparation of spatial planning documentation for the Una National Park. The Federal Geodetic Administration is currently carrying out harmonization activities regarding cadastral and land registry data, as well as public exhibition of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land on the territory of the Federation of BiH. These activities and procedures are guided by the interests of local self-government units that are responsible for maintaining of survey data, as well as the competent institutions such as environmental protection and spatial planning.

Quality and up-to-date data on real estate is of essential importance for the creation of spatial planning documentation. Activities for the creation of a regulatory plan for the Una National Park were agreed upon, which would represent an approach for the creation of spatial planning documentation for other protected parts of nature.
